Ayurveda

Ayurveda means “science of life” and finds its origin in the “Old Vedic Civilisation” of India.

Ayurveda is a philosophy of life, one of the oldest natural systems of care and well-being, it also comprises a holistic approach (globality/unity) of the human being; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetical.

Ayurveda proposes solutions like massages, tea, a kitchen with Indian herbs, the care of Panchakarma with vegetable oils and medical herbs.

Ayurveda and Yoga have “grown up” together, they are complementary. Yoga comprises the spiritual part, and Ayurveda covers the well being part.
